Heather Han, MSCP, LAC
With over 20 years of experience in counseling and bodywork, I’ve learned that the most powerful healing tool is human connection. That’s why I’ve dedicated my practice to helping individuals and couples cultivate intimacy, improve communication, and navigate challenges in their relationships and sexuality.
Sex and relationship issues are deeply personal, and it’s natural to encounter difficulties along the way. Whether you’re struggling with desire, trust, communication, physical issues. or personal identity, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the root causes of your challenges.
Using a blend of intuitive, person-centered, holistic counseling, I help you foster deeper emotional and physical intimacy. In our sessions together I integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques with understanding of the body-mind connection, drawing from my background in psychology, somatic therapy, and bodywork.
Together, we will work to strengthen your relationships, resolve conflicts, and create a more fulfilling and connected love life. If you’re ready to take the first step toward greater intimacy and emotional well-being, I’m here to support you.
I have a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Colorado at Boulder. I am Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health and a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (ASSECT). I am working under the supervision of Isa Jones, LMFT, CST. I look forward to supporting you in your journey toward personal and sexual empowerment.
